  We came to Peter & Janette from Western Australia. We had decided to downsize from our 10acre Property and had started to research possible Retirement Villages in Western Australia. We found none that suited us. We then asked the question "why are we staying in the West, when both of our children and their families are living on the East Coast"? So our research took another turn and because we did not know the East Coast at all, we were recommended to Platinum Retirement Placements by a Builder to one of the Villages we had contacted in the Gosford area..
  So our journey with Peter began towards the end of 2013. There were numerous emails and phone calls, - living in the West does have it draws backs! - but finally a date in April 2014 was agreed, to meet in New South Wales to visit the Villages we had agreed on.
  Throughout the process Peter stayed in touch, listened, advised and gave the vital background information about Villages, Management etc that we couldn't access. During our 10 days with Peter, our decision was made and we returned to Western Australia to start the process of selling our Property and making arrangements to move East. As there are quite daunting Contracts to be signed when moving into Retirement Villages Peter advised of a Solicitor who would take care of Legal Matters. Finally we moved into our chosen Village and after we had settled in Peter was on hand to help with transfer of Vehicle Registration, Insurance etc all of which is very different and could have been very confusing without his knowledge.
  In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Retirement Placements to anyone requiring this kind of assistance, even if you reside Interstate. Peter & his wife Janette are kind, considerate, trustworthy persons who have the knowledge and experience to deal with Clients from various backgrounds.
  Peter & Janette will remain our friends, and have assured us, that should we require any advise on any matter, they will do their best to help.
